How Did Eleen Become Volunteer Of The Month?
We’re excited to highlight Eleen Zhou as our Volunteer of the Month for June 2025!
From her very first shift, Eleen brought energy, focus, and a steady presence to every role she stepped into—from café service to event support. She’s done every role at least once, and she’s done them all with the same level of enthusiasm and care.
What sets Eleen apart isn’t just her punctuality or consistency—it’s her initiative. She has a sharp eye for what needs to get done and doesn’t wait to be asked. Whether it’s jumping into a task mid-shift or smoothing out behind-the-scenes gaps, Eleen handles it all with quiet confidence and a smile.
She also sparked something creative: our volunteer “art wall” within concessions started with her. Her thoughtful contributions go beyond logistics—they help build culture and community.

At Crane Creations Theatre Company, we’ve got something special called the “Volunteer of the Month.” It’s like our way of giving a big high-five to our awesome volunteers who go the extra mile. Every month, we pick a new volunteer to be in the spotlight, and it’s our way of saying, “You rock!” We want everyone to know just how fantastic our volunteers are, and this award is our fun and appreciative way of doing that.
