How Did Weiding Become Volunteer Of The Month?
This month, we’re celebrating Weiding for his outstanding contribution to the Crane volunteer team!
Weiding stepped up in a big way by consistently filling in for our newer non-event day café shifts—an emerging role that’s still taking shape. He quickly adapted, learning the ropes with ease and bringing excellent customer service to every shift. Not only was he punctual and reliable, but he also showed initiative by proactively taking on tasks without needing direction.
While strong performance is always key in our selection process, Weiding went above and beyond—not just excelling in his role, but also logging the highest number of volunteer hours this month.
Thank you, Weiding, for your dedication and adaptability. You’ve helped shape a new kind of shift with your efforts—and it hasn’t gone unnoticed!

At Crane Creations Theatre Company, we’ve got something special called the “Volunteer of the Month.” It’s like our way of giving a big high-five to our awesome volunteers who go the extra mile. Every month, we pick a new volunteer to be in the spotlight, and it’s our way of saying, “You rock!” We want everyone to know just how fantastic our volunteers are, and this award is our fun and appreciative way of doing that.
